Common questions
Which languages does Trinetra speak?
23+ languages. Its Google Play listing names 16 of them: English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Odia, Punjabi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Nepali and Konkani.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings and tap Language. It sits in the main settings list, so you can change it at any time.
How do I travel with my family as a group?
Invite your family or friends with a 6-digit code. Once they join, you share live locations with each other, updated every 10 metres, and can coordinate routes together.
Who can see my location, and how do I stop sharing it?
Only the people in your family group can see your live location, and only while you share it. To stop, turn off location access for Trinetra in your phone's settings.
How does the trip planner work?
Tell it where you are going, your dates, how many people are travelling and what interests you. It builds a day-by-day plan with a time estimate for each stop. When you are ready to go, open the route in Google Maps.
What is Ask Netra?
Netra is Trinetra's AI companion. Ask it about Nashik in your own language, from the best time to visit Trimbakeshwar to the nearest dharamshala. Its answers are written by AI, so check details that matter, like temple timings, before you set out.
Is Trinetra on iPhone?
Not today. Trinetra is available on Android phones through Google Play.
Does it work without internet?
Only in part. Ask Netra, live family locations and maps need an internet connection, so check your signal before you set out.
Does Trinetra cost anything?
Trinetra is free to download from Google Play. Its listing says that it contains ads.
