0→1 project
Billed by milestones.
You pay as the product reaches the points agreed in the contract.
For example
- Design sign-off
- Beta
- Launch
We do not publish prices. No honest number exists before we understand the work. This page explains how pricing works, so the number makes sense when you hear it.
How it is billed
You pay for progress you can see. A new product pays by milestone. Work after launch pays by the month.
Billed by milestones.
You pay as the product reaches the points agreed in the contract.
For example
Billed monthly.
You pay for the months of work agreed in the contract, so the cost follows the part of the product that you hand to us.
A monthly retainer.
Continuous product work on a regular cadence: new features, iterations and fixes, with no re-scoping each time.
The first step
When part of the product still needs working out, that discovery is real work. We price it openly as a short sprint before the build. If you continue with us, its cost is credited against the build.
What moves the price
A focused MVP is a different commitment from a full product rebuild. These are the three things that make the difference.
Time, for a focused MVP
10–16 weeks
From kick-off, covering strategy, design and a shipped v1. A full 0→1 that starts from positioning runs a little longer. We give you a real estimate once we understand the scope.
Terms
The contract says all of this in full. Here it is in short, so nothing in it surprises you.
Yours
The code, the designs and the IP.
Ours, licensed to you
Our internal tools and libraries stay ours. Where your product uses them, we license them to you.
Get your number
A short call comes first. Then you get a proposal with a real number, or a paid discovery sprint if too much is still unknown.
