# The number comes on the call.

We do not publish prices. No honest number exists before we understand the work. This page explains how pricing works, so the number makes sense when you hear it.

How it is billed

## Each engagement bills its own way.

You pay for progress you can see. A new product pays by milestone. Work after launch pays by the month.

For something new

### 0→1 project

Billed by milestones.

You pay as the product reaches the points agreed in the contract.

For example

1. Design sign-off
2. Beta
3. Launch

For a team with a gap

### Design or engineering only

Billed monthly.

You pay for the months of work agreed in the contract, so the cost follows the part of the product that you hand to us.

For a live product

### After launch

A monthly retainer.

Continuous product work on a regular cadence: new features, iterations and fixes, with no re-scoping each time.

The first step

## Start with a paid discovery sprint.

When part of the product still needs working out, that discovery is real work. We price it openly as a short sprint before the build. If you continue with us, its cost is credited against the build.

What it settles

Scope, risks and a plan

Length

2 weeks

What you get

A written scope, the risks we found, and a plan with a timeline and a cost range.

If you continue

Its cost is credited against the build

What moves the price

## Three things move the number most.

A focused MVP is a different commitment from a full product rebuild. These are the three things that make the difference.

Time, for a focused MVP

10–16 weeks

From kick-off, covering strategy, design and a shipped v1. A full 0→1 that starts from positioning runs a little longer. We give you a real estimate once we understand the scope.

Scope

Two projects that both say "build me an app" can differ by an order of magnitude. Five screens and one integration is a smaller job than thirty screens, an admin panel and a payments flow.

Integrations

Every external system brings someone else's API, rate limits and outages. One payment provider is routine. Four undocumented legacy systems make a different project.

Uncertainty

If you know exactly what you want, we price it tightly. If part of the product still needs working out, the discovery sprint prices that work openly from the start.

Terms

## The terms, in plain words.

The contract says all of this in full. Here it is in short, so nothing in it surprises you.

Yours

### You own your product on final payment.

The code, the designs and the IP.

Ours, licensed to you

### We keep our reusable internal tools.

Our internal tools and libraries stay ours. Where your product uses them, we license them to you.

Price list

None. You get a real number after a short call.

When you pay

At each milestone for a 0→1 project. Monthly for a retainer.

Currency

US dollars, or rupees for clients in India

Payment

Bank transfer, 14-day terms

Change requests

When the scope changes, we tell you what it does to cost and timeline before any work on it starts.

Get your number

## Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you what it costs.

A short call comes first. Then you get a proposal with a real number, or a paid discovery sprint if too much is still unknown.
