# Delete your Trinetra account

## Ask us to delete it

Fill this in and we delete the account for you.

After you send

We ask you to write from the email address on the account. If it does not match, we reply with one question to confirm that the account is yours.

We delete the account within 30 days of confirming it is yours.

-   Your account details: name, email address and phone number
-   Your family group membership and shared locations
-   Your trip plans and settings

Backups of deleted data
