How we choose

## How we choose what to build.

1.  ### We are our own first users.

    Each app starts with a gap we felt ourselves, as one of the people it is for.

2.  ### Real people before a market.

    We build for real people with a real need, wherever they are. The market-sizing conversation comes after that decision.

3.  ### One thing, done well.

    We cut scope until the product does one thing well. Every feature has to earn its place.

4.  ### We stay after launch.

    Shipping starts the commitment. We keep improving a product for as long as it carries our name.
