Caygnus is an independent product studio in Bengaluru, India, founded in 2022. We build and run our own consumer apps: Trinetra is live on Google Play, and Urban Hood is in an invite-only beta. Alongside our own products, we design and build software for founders and businesses, from a first v1 to a full rebuild. We reply ourselves, usually within a couple of days. After a short call, you get a proposal or a paid discovery sprint. A focused MVP, covering strategy, design and a shipped v1, typically takes 10 to 16 weeks from kick-off. A full 0→1 that starts from positioning runs a little longer. We run our own products on the same tools. ### Do you work with early-stage startups and established businesses? Both. Founders come to us for a first version built right. Established businesses come to us to replace software that no longer works. The process is the same either way. 03 · 4 questions ## Pricing [How pricing works](https://caygnus.com/pricing) ### What does a project cost, roughly? It depends on scope, integrations and how much is still unknown. We do not publish a price list. You get a real number after a short call. [How pricing works](https://caygnus.com/pricing) ### How is a project billed? A 0→1 project is billed by milestones, such as design sign-off, beta and launch. Work after launch runs on a monthly retainer. ### What is a paid discovery sprint? A short, paid piece of work that settles scope, risks and a plan before the build. If you continue with us, its cost is credited against the build. ### Who owns the code and designs? You do, on final payment: the code, the designs and the IP.
